Here are some examples of the type and range of work we have done to date. You can see bigger versions of these images in the Pictures section.		Repairs very small damaged areas No damage to surrounding features Only enough metal put down to do the job Easy cleanup with stone or file etc.
	Steel on Beryllium Copper We can weld steel directly to Beryllium Copper to repair, amour or provide hard blanking faces. We have a number repaired moulds now running in production. See more examples in the pictures/Beryllium Copper section.
	Build up areas. Repair tool maker errors. Add metal for "plastic off, metal on" customer changes. Add metal to create above part line features. Weld close to important features without damage
	Repairs Repair chipped or damaged edges. Hard face edges or faces. Weld diameters from 0.3 to 1.5mm.
Small machine part repairs, Only enough metal added to do the job making cleanup quick and easy. Repair of flogged-out keyway with harder material than the original.
	Modify or repair very small features and fine edges. Cover unwanted ejector pin holes. Weld very close to important detail without fear of damage. Fine edge repair without undercuts.
